Who are we looking for

• Do you have a relationship gift with Holy Spirit?
• Do you have a heart for Market Place Ministry?
• Can you bring biblical Love of Christ into environments and allow Holy Spirit to take charge?
• Can you come to the table and learn by sharing your life’s walk.
• 5784 is a double door, it’s all about positioning, are you willing?
• 5785 is about action, are you willing to walk not just recieving double grace but keep asking for ‘more double grace” as you walk with people?
• 5786 is about humanity,  are you willing?
• Word of Knowledge given in late 2023- The next 9-years are big for kingdom people, are you willing?
• If your gift’s are a bit raw, needs cleans or spit & polish we would love to hear from you.
• Every one starts as assistant coach, many will take their time to train, for there is more emphases on experiencing by serving as an Assistant Coach.
• Come; those who think they are not ready, spend time with us getting ready, practice spreading your wings!
• For the bride needs “Esther time” & that is a special privilege for us, to walk with you through that preparation.
• Those filled with Holy Spirit, that are already soaring like an eagle in the realms, come we are excited to talk through M.P.M options with you.

When Jesus placed a set of jail keys in my (Karyn) hands back in 2019 & told me “Exodus” and that was it! I had not been in church even a year, I had no clue what that meant at the time nor did I have any inclination of how this word would work out in the physical; but here we are in 2024!

Philippians 2:12 

Decoding Life Workshops hold a special understanding to those clients we have tested with in real time. We love seeing authority claimed, we love watching Holy Spirit move on individuals for the very first time! We love making people hungry, not for ourselves but hungry to work out their salvation for him! Our in-house resources are for the equipping of Market Place Ministry, while establishing a network of believers who understand the harshness that life has brought to many. The key is the feeding of the flock back to the body in each town, city or Nation we get established in.

Assignment Hard Copy Workbooks & Online Flip Books. 

To work alongside of the Online Classroom we are releasing our workbooks in “Flip-Book” format. They work well with matching up the R&D inside the classroom. The Flip books host no teachings, instead they represent the hard copy teachings that is a small part of our in-house training.

Once accepted to the training & cost expectation

Assignment content can only be purchased through our 1st Eastate Coach Training. The workbooks are not sold at any Q&A or introduction meetings. Only once accepted do we send hard copies of the four workbooks. There we also introduce the other outside resources needed for the training. Each of the physical workshops are big events, know that we grow you into a space that fits, we assure you that your welfare is our first concern. We are about building relationships, know that from our events our focus is to feed back into the local church, how this looks will be discussed in our training not in our Q&A. Every 1st Estate Coach travels with an Assistant Coaching as their support witness, plus we coordinate other valunteers in attendence at each event. Our founder is your main teacher throughout your training, supported with others who deliver in areas of our weakness, to ensure we all walk out on solid foudations.

T&C’s will be discussed at Assistant Coach Interviews.

• Since 2019 some event names & training structures have been realigned to meet community demands & M.P.M demands. Therefore some events referenced in Classroom and Workbook materials are now obsolete.
• Our up to date communications links are here on this web site, please use these instead of workbooks or DIY Classroom content links.
• Clarification | Open Door Retreat Event replaces all Courts of Heaven/Discovery Hearing events.
• Market Place Ministry Training replaces, all Courts of Heaven Training,
• 1st Estate Coach, is our inhouse brand name for lead coach’s.
• Discovery Hearing is now under “Advanced M.P.M Training, & blended into parts of the seven Decoding Life Workshops.
• Meaning every assistant coach starts as a client inside the workshops.
• M.P.M training resources we now have workbooks presented online as “flip-books” these are password protected.
  • Once accepted into our in-house training these tools will be released to you and will fasten your training.
  • Training can start before you get to the Decoding Life Workshop Events, but know completing all 7-workshops is part of your foundation training required to qualify to run our workshops (more about this in Q&A).
